Fees
As we are a Private Practice, fees are payable at the time of consultation.
Our Practice chooses to Bulk Bill patients who hold a valid Pension Card, Health Care Card, or Veterans Affairs Gold Card.
Patient payments can be made by Credit Card or Eftpos Debit Cards. We can process the Medicare rebate back to your Eftpos Debit (Cheque/Savings) card on the same day or transmit your claim direct to Medicare for processing (approx 1-3 days). All accounts are to be paid in full at the time of consultation.
There are some consultations where the Medicare rebate is not claimable – ask our Admin team if this applies to you.
Please discuss any financial hardship with your Doctor, as your health and well-being are important to us.

There are a number of Medicare-supported consultation item numbers that may be charged by your doctor. Our practice aims to minimise your out-of-pocket expenses, however, these do vary and may range from approximately $20 to $25 out of pocket per patient consultation.
Please note that our practice charges a fee for No-show appointments. If for some reason you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so the appointment time can be re-allocated.
